Industry Columbus Apartments

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year and we absolutely love it! For starters the staff is absolutely amazing, all of them. From maintenance (shout out to Alvin and Tad) to the manager (Zach) everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Always asking me how I’m doing and super helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Emails are always responded to almost immediately. I never have to question or worry if someone will get back to me or not. The amenities are great... here. I love the coffee machine and the hot tub. It’s a very dog friendly location, Mackenzie and John are always giving our little guy nice treats! It’s also a nice walking distance to the commons which we all absolutely love. All of my neighbors are super awesome and friendly as well. Whenever our friends come to visit they gawk over our floor to ceiling windows, this was definitely the selling point for us when we first moved in. All in all this is a great place to live and we have zero complaints! Lee mas

I have seen MASSIVE improvement. The new management? Great People. There’s a lot of people who live in this building and they go out of their way to REMEMBER my name?! It shows they’re personable and not just doing their job. Tad and Alvin are really great about keeping the grounds clean and fixing anything when it breaks in my apartment. So some of the negative reviews I don’t necessarily understand? Management is holding people accountable. They are very upfront with the cost of living here..... ITS DOWNTOWN.. obviously it’s going to be expensive… if you can’t afford it, don’t complain about the cost. So much coworking space, I love getting a new view everyday. The office is now open 7 days a week! Is it inconvenient that the package room is only accessible during business hours? Yes. But I’m not worried about getting my stuff stolen if I’m gone for days on end. It’s also a great plus that the building has an amazing pet policy and that’s what captured my interest in the first place. Negative reviews aren’t going to deter people from renting here if they are set on doing it because everyone’s experience is different. Harbor Group since taking over has completely ruined this amazing complex. Harbor Group has not listened to any feedback from their residents and have 1. gotten rid of security which has led to residents being followed by homeless individuals in the parking garage and them sleeping in the lobby, removed luxor package system that allows residents to get their packages 24/7 securely, and multiple fights have broken out and young children wandering around unoccupied by adults.

John and Zach were more than welcoming and I really feel like I have a great team around me living at Industry. The amenities are insanely nice and the actual apartment is even nicer. I can’t speak highly enough about Industry Columbus!

When I moved here earlier this year I was so nervous since I was moving from out of town. The leasing staff made my move so easy and I absolutely love living here. I’ve definitely used the pool and hot tub more times than I can count and am so happy it is open year round.
