The property manager is consistently rude, dishonest, and dismissive—always acting too busy to engage with tenants. It’s a reasonable price for the quality, however the leasing office is always changing, no one knows who the property manager is because we have had so many in just a couple years. There is not enough parking spots for the amount of cars. The dog poop and weed smell is TERRIBLE! There are a lot of kids but not kid friendly. You can tell they gave up on vetting people for the newer side of the buildings because it’s like night and day. The area is great and the maintenance is good.

I regret moving into this apartment. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors conversations word for word, as well their TVs, music, and even phone vibrations. Privacy is nonexistent here. To make matters worse, there is a serious issue with excessive smoking. Despite supposed policies against it, my apartment constantly smells like pot smoke seeping in from other units. Management does nothing about it as seen from other reviews. The construction is embarrassingly cheap. The doors… feel like they’re made of cardboard, the countertops chip easily, and the faucets and showerheads seem like the lowest quality options available they barely function properly. Everything feels flimsy and poorly maintained. For the price, (which just went up btw) I expected at least basic comfort, but this place is a nightmare.
