Good maintenance team

My wife and I have been living here almost two years now, the maintenant team is very efficient and professional, very good costumer service from the office team. The only thing we don't like is the the Olds AC system.

“No air conditioner repair until summer”

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Every year the air conditioning system runs out of refrigerant and they refuse to fix the problem. We put a work order in to have them fix our air conditioner and they told us they were not fixing it until the summer unless we had a doctor note. Everyday of this week has hit the mid to upper 70s outside and the temperature in the inside of our apartment has been higher than that. We can’t even use our stove because it raises the temperature of our apartment. The temperature… is so hot it is near heat stroke conditions inside of our apartment. We have to drink plenty of fluids so we don’t suffer from dehydration. The conditions inside of our apartment is horrible. We have to run cold water out of all the faucets and showers with fans nearby to try to cool the place down. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

While the weather has made a turn to normal… spring weather, we do need to wait to repair your A/C when the temperature becomes warmer. We did reach out letting you know that we would be putting in a temporary A/C unit in your home until we are able to repair your current A/C. Best Customer Service!!

I've been working with the leasing agents at Madison Grove to move to an apartments with more bedrooms. I have seen inside, and while not the newest properties available, they are clean and well maintained. The rent is also reasonable, compared to many I have encountered.

I appreciate all the effort you have put into helping us get into our new HOME!
