Great living experience

The complex is always clean and upkept, it's also very quiet. The Summerview staff are very welcoming and helpful, easy to reach if you have any questions or requests. Maintenance requests always get fulfilled quickly and well done, the maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. We had some in-home updates done by Adrian and he did a beautiful job; he was very thorough and the Summerview staff kept us updated throughout the entire process. Overall great place to live!

Management and Maintenance teams

The management team here is outstanding and the maintenance team is very quick and efficient with their work orders - Emerson and Sam. Honestly, these guys deserve a lot of praise for their solid work ethic and ability to work around you and your apartment restrictions and then still get the job done. Cannot say enough about their flexibilty!

Home

The respect and courtesy that the management team shows to the residents is outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. The location is great, and the property is well kept . I have been a resident for some time, and I am satisfied to call this my home.

New Tenant at Summerview

I have never felt so welcomed and respected as I have by Regan and Aiden. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for in a home. I have been looking at Summerview for two years and finally decided to call it home. The absolute best decision I have made. I thank them so much for everything they did to welcome me, answer all my questions and walk me kindly through every aspect of making this my new home!! Kudos times 100 to them!!

Great property; even better hospitality!

I moved into the area back in November and it’s been perfect! I tend to make frequent visits to the clubhouse to utilize the free coffee, and never fail to be greeted warmly and have a nice conversation that makes me continue to feel welcomed in the community. Communication is always a huge thing with me, and Regan is one that has been on top of that since the application process for me!
The location is great as well - being just 2-10 minutes from anything and everything you might need.
