Communication is horrible and they're sneaky. Always adding new fees never explaining anything. Don't care about the residents. If you don't ever need assistance you'll be fine but you'll probably wait 7 months for a mailbox key like i did. You'll be told you can only pay rent in person then the office will always be closed. Then they'll make sure no ones there to collect your rent until after the 3rd so they can charge you a late fee every month.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand how frustrating it can feel when things don’t go as expected, and we want to make sure the information about how our community operates is clear.
All fees are fully disclosed before... move-in and itemized on each monthly statement to ensure transparency for every resident. Mailbox keys are handled entirely by the United States Postal Service. They create, issue, and replace all keys, and the community does not have access to make or manage them.
For rent payments, residents who are late are required to pay in person. Our office is open four days a week, and when those hours don’t align with someone’s schedule, we also offer additional drop-off options to make the process easier.
