Communication is horrible and they're sneaky. Always adding new fees never explaining anything. Don't care about the residents. If you don't ever need assistance you'll be fine but you'll probably wait 7 months for a mailbox key like i did. You'll be told you can only pay rent in person then the office will always be closed. Then they'll make sure no ones there to collect your rent until after the 3rd so they can charge you a late fee every month.

If I could have my windows replaced that would be great! Totally awesome. My windows need replaced and just because they go “up and down” doesn’t not mean that they are operating correctly/properly.
