Good choice .

I absolutely love this luxury apartment.
The unit was spotless when moved in. The amenities are amazingly great !
I recently moved in and I moved from another city . I am honored to be a part of this community and I absolutely love the office administrators. They welcomed me from the first initial contact (phone call). The property is clean and quiet. People appear friendly . I would highly recommend this property. This was personal!

Love this community!

Just signed on for year 2 with The Thomas! This property is very well maintained with friendly staff and a great sense of community. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Overall, great place to live!

Relocating to Columbus

We are moving from California to Ohio due to work. I had to make a trip to Columbus to find a place to live once. I visited 7 places in 2 days and The Thomas was the last one I toured. I decided in the first 5 min that this is the one simply due to the acknowledgment of Angelis, the property manager. I arrived 2 hours before my scheduled time. She was the only one in the office and with a customer. She excused herself and came out and said she will be with me in 5 min. Now THAT is AMAZING… customer service that I care more about than some of the reviews of kids screaming and trains being close by. Moving is stressful, moving across the country has it’s own complications. Angelis worked with me through the process and gave me amazing options for what I was looking for. I applied once I came back to California almost a month ago. I had several emails with the complex and they have always responded in a timely manner. I had communications with Abbey as well and she was great also. I also loved the complex and how new & clean it is. The finishes are great and we are so excited for this new journey. I don’t know if Angelis or Abbey will read this or if it will be read by corporate, but for whoever that is reading it from The Thomas, please accept my gratitude for making a very stressful situation much better.

Great experience on my apartment search!

Stopping at different communities to find the one I want to call home when my current lease is up. WOW the grounds were amazing, from past experience this means maintenance takes pride in their work!! The trip got even better once I went in and was greeted by Abby, she was very friendly and informative. While walking out, the property manager, I believe her name was Angelis, was walking in and she greeted me with a smile and thanked me for stopping in. Outstanding service experience!
