Victoria Manor

I do not recommend renting at Victoria Manor based on my personal experience as a resident.

This is the second time I have experienced a roach infestation while living here. Shortly after signing my lease renewal, I began seeing large roaches in my apartment, including in my kitchen and bathroom. They appeared to be coming from behind the shower wall. I immediately reported the problem to the leasing office and requested that it be addressed.

Last year, I asked management about treating... apartments to help prevent roaches. I was told that the property would not be pre-treated and that pest control would be sent only after a resident reported having roaches. I was told this was because pre-treating apartments would cost too much. As a resident, I found that response very concerning.

Although pest control was eventually scheduled after I reported the infestation, I am disappointed that this is the second time I have had to deal with roaches while living here. It has caused significant stress and made me uncomfortable in my own home.

I have documented the condition with photos and have kept records of my communication with management. I encourage anyone considering this property to inspect the apartment carefully, ask detailed questions about the property’s pest control practices and history of infestations, and make an informed decision before signing a lease.

Alexis’s communication was fluent and effective. Most of all she followed up on all of the request I asked about!

Don’t live here if you don’t want your vehicle broken into. Complex is very prone to break ins and ardent (the leasing company) is doing nothing about it. 20 break ins, in under a month is a little excessive. Happened to me and my partner 2 times already in the last month.
