Save your money, rent a house instead!

First off let’s just say they deleted most of the reviews I saw before signing my lease and I still gave this place a chance. How are the 3 beds 2 baths cheaper than the 2bed2baths if they both state they’re renovated.
Bugs and rodents ! Bed bugs, different types of spiders, field mouses, and the price you pay is ridiculous for nonstop problems, rude neighbors, violence and more... ( it doesn’t stop there )

This place sucks save your money

My lease is up March 1 but they asked us to vacate or be threatened with eviction. Being the time of year it is it took over a month to find a place and have to pay rent on 2 places plus deposits. When I found out that I asked about month to month and was told they would remodel when we moved out. No I got an eviction letter again today in these frigid and icy conditions we we getting evicted when they have my deposit and I have had water issues and repairs in my bathroom since I moved in. Now… let's talk about the overflowing dumpsters everyday. They had 6 and removed to 4. Now let's talk about the drug dealing here and 3 gunshots a few weeks ago outside my window. And the walls...you are part of your neighbors conversations and if you are intimate and your kids are in the other room they hear everything. Save your money.
