Will NOT Fix ANYTHING!!

They are terrible about fixing things. Nice structure, but when I can't get a maintenance request fulfilled within months of putting it in, then that's a problem.

I have lived there for 4 years and usually don't have any problems. Until my a/c (in the apartment I'm paying for central air in) goes out. It never needs anything but freon put in, but it seems to be a major problem to get them in there to do it. They always "have a lot of people on the list" when I need something. Now it is going to be a humid miserable holiday weekend because they "can't get to it". When I spoke to the manager, her response was "I don't know what to tell you. Buy a fan."... Totally unacceptable.
