The Cedar Village Apartments

I had a few issues, my refrigerator went out, my bath tub handle stopped working, but both of these issues were resolved same/next day. Brian was a great maintenance man, and the neighborhood was amazingly friendly. I always felt safe, and the inside is way bigger than you would expect. I’ve been here two years, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I have way too much stuff! It was a great first apartment for me and my partner.

There were several maintenance problems in my apartment, and it seemed like the maintenance people didn't know what they were doing so my problems never got fixed. The water in the shower will scold you randomly with hot water every time you go to take a shower. The hallways constantly smell like weed, neighbors are very loud and obnoxious. However it is in a good location, near everything you'll need, it's a bit over priced for what you're getting. Also it seems like the people here don't know... how to park so good luck trying to find a parking space when a lot of people take up 2parking spaces per car.
