Surburbian Projects
If you don't mind stinking hallways. Poop on sidewalks. Dogs and children running over your head. Burning utility closets because they don't maintenence like the should. Leaking bathrooms. Roaches and more. This is the place for you. If not you may want to run before you sign the lease.

Outstanding!
Recently moved our son into the Oaks of Woodridge. The experience was great, from the time we first toured it with Jamie to the day he moved in. Jamie is top notch, helpful, kind and organized. The community and apartment are clean and beautiful, and other tenants are friendly.

Outstanding!
Recently moved our son into this apartment complex and the experience was great. Jamie is such a pleasure to work with beyond helpful, and very kind, which made the entire process less daunting. The community and apartment is very clean and the other tenants are friendly and helpful as well.
I highly recommend Oaks at Woodridge if you are looking for an apartment in the Fairfield area.

I have been a resident for about three years now and my leasing agent was Jamie! I can’t say enough good things about Jamie from the first time we spoke on the phone she was very attentive, she answered all of my questions and even when there was not a one bedroom apt. available she went out her way to keep in touch with me. Jamie would call to notify me when a one bedroom was available and to see if was in my budget. Three years later she is still very sweet and understanding the needs of... others. Most of all she wants to make sure her residents are happy living here. The ladies in the office in general are all very nice to work with as well. Check out The Oaks at Woodbridge for yourself.
