The absolute worst place to live! Let's start off by saying there is absolutely no amenities, high priced, there is NO PARKING. I can not stress this enough. No one is able to visit because if your visitors stop by your apartment, their cars will be towed. Maintenance perform subpar fixes. The garbage is never hauled away on time causing over filling and garbage smells. If you're looking for a place to rent steer clear from this place. I've been with pinnacle management for 10 years now. Never had a problem with them until the last two months. Took 4 weeks to get the tub and A/C fixed. Then they caused a gas leak while fixing the tub and said they found it that way but did not evacuate the building like they should have if it's been like that!. And they had to replace the entire unit inside and out. Tried saying it was just a hole in side but when my heating bill went up $120 they tried claiming it was just the water pan. Why... would you need to replace everything just for the pan?. Then they have been giving people a Non-Renewal for no reason and refuse to let people now why. I checked their site and rent is $50 higher now. Hmm i wonder why. I would not recommend these people. Their fixes for things is below sub par. Read More
