How to Down size

I went from a 3 bedroom brick ranch to a 1 bedroom place..This is just awesome!! new carpet new paint. Lots of storage room. I have a little patio to enjoy the outdoors, they keep the place so nice and clean. Any issues I have had are taken care of immediately. I wish I had done this sooner. The rent is affordable. A little bit of country living, but close enough to the big cities. Even have deer roaming the field behind the apartments. All the neighbors look out for each other, the most... important thing is I feel safe here and that makes my family very happy.
