The apartment was dirty when we moved in.
The maintenance staff was too small to fix anything in an appropriate time frame.
Random policies were always being introduced in an attempt to charge residents with fines.

I tried to dispute these charges with the property manager who redirected me to corporate who are, according to me and even River Valley's own property manager, 'mean people' who are 'hard to deal with.' I had to speak with T&R Properties collection manager who quickly gave me the impression that they don't care about the quality of their products or services, or the people who are paying for them. T&R Properties is a huge land owning conglomorate in Ohio and they got that way by sucking every penny they could out of every person unfortunate enough to do business with them. I have worked here for 2 years now. The residents are, for the most part, great! We (employees)pride ourselves on the high level of service we have provided. We're not perfect, but we try to complete work orders in a timely manner, normally within 2-3 days, most of the time within the same day as the request was made. The office staff are ever-working to accommodate or help residents with their questions and concerns. Great place to work!

Been here for a few months. Only honest complaint is the parking sometimes. Otherwise the staff is pretty darn good. Have had no issues whatsoever.
