New tenant
My family and I moved in a little over a month ago. Since we have been here the staff have been friendly and helpful. The neighbors we have met this far seem like your average friendly neighbor. There is plenty of parking spaces and cameras both inside and out. The apartment itself could use updated but it is perfectly functional and not broken or what not. AC works well and the electric bill seemed to be a reasonable price. Our kids have easily made friends with some of the other children. Not... really much to complain about at this point.
