Excellent!!

Ive lived here 2 years and it’s been excellent. Maintenance is prompt in dealing with issues. Management is friendly and courteous. The apartment is spacious and easy to live in. It feels very private living here and I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls at all. The clubhouse and pool area are my favorite part! I reserved the movie theater for my daughter’s birthday at no charge. No complaints this entire time. You won’t find a better apartment in this area.

Nice Property, Management not so much

Our move in experience was less than great. Apt smelled of dog urine when we moved in, due to scheduling we had to go ahead and move in prior to the issue being fixed properly (new carpet). They attempted to shampoo the carpet to no avail and no surprise considering how saturated the carpet was with urine. Then upon move out the management charged us for rent during month we weren't there. Hopefully they fixed the carpet during that month before they moved anyone else into that apt. I would... recommend against any Fath managed property but there are many more options in the area with much more reasonable management.

Hello Mike. We talked to the office regarding your review. We understand you did complain about the carpet smell upon move in. The office scheduled a carpet cleaning for you. After the cleaning was complete, they followed up with you regarding the... smell and you stated that the problem was solved. There was no further communication to the office to let us know otherwise. As far as your move out, we understand you did not give a property 60-day notice that is required per your lease. It was communicated to you that you would be charged for improper notice to vacate, and you stated you understood since it was stated in the lease. No other charges occurred with your move out.

Bad Move out Experience

Move around for work and ended up breaking my lease early. What was explained to me in the office and what happened were 2 completely different things. Paid a 3mo rent termination fee, lost my deposit because I was moving out early and still had to pay for 1.5 months of rent in which I wasn't living at the property. Unfortunate since I had such a great experience before that. So don't move here if you move around for work.

In our lease agreement that is signed prior to move-in and at your renewal, our lease termination process is provided.... We do require a 60-day notice to vacate, and we unfortunately only received a a 25-day notice. We also offer a transfer option, where you could have transferred to another one of our communities that was closer to your employer in the city.
