Living in Outer Clermont County provides easy access to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International, located just 49 minutes from Woodville Gardens.
Facility is trashy. Water is frequently shut off. Repairs are slow and amateurish. Local management is unqualified and generally incompetent. Fees and penalties are levied randomly and retroactively. Swimming pool and basketball courts are run down and frequently closed.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away

Absolute Garbage!
I planned on moving into a brand new home in May. It kept getting pushed back further and further. There were issues with the permits, the decks, and getting he home moved. I waited until the end of August, and was told I could move in on the 30th. The day I rented my truck, I was told by Sheila, Wendy, and Ken that “some paperwork had slipped through the cracks”. Meaning I couldn’t move in. It’s now the end of September, and it still hasn’t been inspected. I asked for my application fee back... and they wouldn’t give it to me, after being promised by both Sheila and Ken that it would be returned. Please do not move here. This place is an absolute disaster. We were homeless for a week because we had told our apartment complex we were moving out. They can’t keep track of anything, and tell you a million different things.
