Amazing place to live!
Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Any of my maintenance issues were taken care of the same day. Very close to freeway and stores. The management is very friendly and helpful. A local business recommended that I check this property out, and I am so glad that I did. This was a good find.

TERRIBLE Place to Live
Living at Lefferson Quarters was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Their owners and management are unprofessional and rude, and my apartment was filthy when I moved in. I came to the owners about the level of cleanliness immediately and was told there was nothing they could do. I also came to management about my refrigerator which leaked daily and the pipe above the stove which flooded my kitchen every time I took a shower and again, nothing was done. I broke my... lease and moved out after 5 months and now they're keeping my 1300 dollar deposit because they moved me into an apartment that was unlivable and I couldn't bear to stay any longer in those conditions. Watch out for this complex. Don't give them your money.
