Millcroft Apartments

Quite a few amenities and very secure environment great place to live in excellent service from the owners

I've been here 4 years. The first 2 were great, great neighbors and a quiet community. Since then, allow me to provide a few examples of a normal day at this not-technically-government-housing facility.
1. The mom of the "family" of 8 downstairs cusses out her children nightly, then comes to tell me I need to keep it down because I'm walking on my floor. Nor does she realize how loud her mouth is when she rants about whatever she's all Karen'd up about at that moment.
2. When I got a dog, I had... to jump through a lot of hoops to verify that she wasn't an aggressive breed (she's a Australian Shepherd so the shepherd part raised a flag. The people in my building have a pit bull that growls and pulls their owner anytime a dog goes near them. She's an elderly lady who has a hard time keeping such a massive animal under control, and is going to cause someone to get seriously injured.
3. I'm actually writing this review at 1 A.M. on a weeknight since the guy downstairs loves reving his engine on his motorcycle and blast music whenever he likes.
4. Broken glass for a week now on the sidewalk. Trash constantly overflowing from bins. Cigarette butts on the stairs. Just to name a few examples of the breathtaking visuals you get here.
5. If you don't like cigarette smoke, don't worry. The weed smoke will eventually overtake that smell.
This place still has a very negative reputation around here. While they can renovate all they want, take pretty well-lit pictures and post them on their advertisements, it's still just Milford Commons. If you are from this area, you know what I mean. If you aren't, ask someone who is (seriously, one time a colleague asked me where I lived. When I told him, he asked me if I needed financial assistance).

I've been at Millcroft for over 5 years and it is a great place to call home. The management is always super helpful and quick to act or respond if there is any issue.

Never heard about Millcroft Apartments before, but now that my friend lives there...I see why she loves it so much! The townhouses are nice, big and tucked away. I know the kids love swimming and riding their bikes around.

I feel welcomed when I come into this place. if I ever have any questions I know I can call the Office and get answers. Everything is clean and safe. The people there are so sweet and the pool is clean and fun to stay at. I would recommend this to anyone!!
