Valley Vista Apartments & Townhomes

The new management has renovated some of the places but the ones with long term residents haven't been updated, falling apart. Rent has gone up nearly 300.00 for me in 1 year. Communication with them is nil...money is their only objective and the place is turning into a dump.

Things don't get fixed for new and old tenants. Communications regarding work, renovations/improvements or getting repairs addressed is horrible! Meaning you'll get a call back (if you have to leave a message) but little to no heads up of when they might be coming to help, if they even do?!?! In fact, more often than not, current management will act somewhat dismissive by acting like whatever the issue is (big or small), questioning the tenants as if they've done something to cause the issue... rather than act with customer service, concern and courtesy. New tenants have unaddressed issues and old tenants are basically told that their old dilapidated units are to run down and need gutted
.. so sorry about your luck. They then try to get them to move to higher priced renovated units (when they've lived there for a while) with no prorating considered for the rent or anything! This place is a dump and has a lot of issues. The management doesn't take care of the place and disappears after they collect your deposit. Stay away from anything owned by these people!!!
