I Love my Apartment

Love my Apartment! I've been living here for the past 7 months and I can't express more about how nice it is.. The management is on top of everything and very nice. Everything you want is close by and convenient. Summer is coming and I can't wait to spend my first summer in my Beautiful Spacious Apartment and Grill my first meal and jump into the pool..

Great apartment

I’ve been living at Clovernook Apartments for a little over a year now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The location is great—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, which makes commuting easy. The neighborhood feels quiet and safe, which was a big priority for me when I was apartment hunting.

The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the updated appliances and in-unit laundry. Maintenance requests are usually handled… within a day or two, and the staff has been friendly and helpful any time I’ve had a question or concern.

One of the few downsides is parking—it can be a bit tight during evenings and weekends, especially if you have more than one vehicle. Also, while the complex is generally clean, some of the common areas could use a bit more frequent upkeep.

Overall, Clovernook Apartments is a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable place to live with decent amenities and responsive management. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.

Currently living here

The pool is scheduled to open soon, cant wait! The office is very busy but always tends to my needs. Corporate comes from Illinois to assist and they are very knowledgeable and fun to interact with. I had an issue with my toilet and maintenance came out within 1 hour and resolved it.

CURRENT RESIDENT

Terrible place to live. Not only are there guns going off constantly around the complex… but it’s just nasty here. My back yard is filled with trash that people just throw out of their house! I haven’t had AC in 2 WEEKS, and they said they were going to fix it a week and a half ago… plus they won’t return my calls about it. The maintenance is a joke. They have no clue what they’re doing, and the problems are literally never fixed. Half the time they just come and look at the complaint, then… leave saying they don’t have the tools to fix it at the moment.. then never come back!!! Staff is unprofessional and just lazy. Do not move here for your sanity, and the safety of your family.
