Compton Lake

Living here was okay, like others stated it was very outdated for the price. When I left a year later they claimed I owed $200 plus I never paid the water bill. They are such liars I paid on time every single month l. They also claimed that the balcony, that they had to fix while I was there because there was a hole in it leaking on to the downstairs neighbors balcony, (just to give you an idea of how ridiculous the rent was compared to how ran down and outdated the apartments were.) Were left... dirty which is impossible because I rarely went on the balcony and I also took pictures of the entire apartment the day I left. There's a reason why they haven't took this farther because they know they're lying. Comptonlake Is a great place to live, they keep their property clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Anytime I need something fixed, it gets done quick. I recommend this property to any family or friends.

my apt complex is very quiet and neighbors seem to be very polite . my balcony is huge and I have a view of the lake . my complex sits back away from the street which gives a secluded feel. my apt community also haves different events during the year the brings neighbors together to socialize and get to know who your living around. My apt community also have a nice sized pool during the summer months to use and a community room to throw gathering for a small fee.

It took me a while to find a decent enough place for me and my children to live, and somewhere affordable.
But, after learning about the location and amenities, I couldn't have picked a better place for us.
It's close to my kid's school, close to my parents house, and all big-box stores are within a 2 mile radius of us!
There is also a gorgeous lake (where we feed the ducks sometime and have small picnics), a pool (the kids love it!), a clubhouse (i've had a few meetings and parties here myself)... , and is such a quiet and well-maintained complex. The staff are always prompt, helpful, and courteous to our needs and wants within our units and community.
Moving here has made my life easier, functional, and less stressful because I have a real place to call home, because it is. Read More
