This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for additional fees.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $75/hr late fee for checking out after 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
