This place is horrible! They tried to trap me into my lease and when I found out that they were lying to me and got to move out on my time that I knew that was right. They then sent me a bill from the difference of my deposit for a whole month rent. I will see you in court.

It is not welcoming from the very first step inside the office. The new property manager is not friendly; didn't get up from desk, didn't say hi. Does not seem approachable at all. Now, the apartments, themselves some may be nice. If you have an "upgraded" apartment. But, a new company took over and now smoking is allowed in the apartments, absolutely no amenities; but rent is outrageous. We looked at 2 apartments, but there is nothing appealing about this office manager, property or... apartment. If you can afford to move somewhere else; do it. The leasing staff and the maintenance crew are wonderful here. They are so kind and helpful and maintenance does a wonderful job of responding to problems. However, the conditions within the apartments are not so good. We had a 3/1. Maybe the townhomes and the apartments nearer the playground on the property don't have the same problems or problems at all, but ours had numerous problems. The first problem we noticed was the noise level and I am not talking about traffic noise, I am talking... about you can hear the parents in the next apartment cussing out their toddlers and children noise level. There is a fly problem in the building we lived in. They came from the hallways and we are pretty sure they came from within the apartment itself, but they never went away, no matter what we tried. When the fall and winter months came, the window sills accumulated water from the condensation from the windows and no matter how many times we dried it, the next day we would have to dry them again. We tried numerous things to try to stop the condensation from happening, but nothing worked. We barely kept anything in our master closet, but when we moved out we found a substantial patch of mold on the closet wall and on one of the walls in the master bedroom. There is definitely not enough air circulation in the apartment. The apartment within a couple of months started to smell just like the building hallway: a mixture of poop and smelly feet. The only time the building didn't smell is when the cleaning crew came to clean the floors and that didn't last long either, maybe for only a day. Again, this happened in the apartment building we stayed in. Maybe, the other apartments and townhomes don't have this problem. However, the building we stayed in needs some serious TLC. I have found my forever home. I love the location and office staff. My apartment was perfect for the price. Gotta check it out!
