My Experience
The owners do not want to put any money into these apartments. I had a leak in my bathroom doorway and it ended up in hallway. Black mold from the leak and all they did was cut out part of my ceiling and placed a piece of plyboard over the hole. That's been 2 yrs and nothing has gotten fixed
