Cedar Trace/ Champion Companie

I have lived at Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies going on 2 years. I can honestly say that the office staff are super helpful, friendly and always willing to help, even if they don’t have the answer at that moment, they will look into it and replied back within 24 hours.
My experience with the maintenance staff has been just as great. They are friendly, and any request that I have summited, someone has come to check into request and have resolved promptly / in a timely manner. They didn’t mind... answering my many questions. A follow-up email has always been sent to confirm if request has been reviewed and resolved. I have even see them out within the community picking up any litter.
Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies are always doing raffles and little surprise activities to show appreciation to their residents. Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies is a quiet community with plenty of things to do within the Polaris and surrounding areas, including neighborhoods to walk my dog in.
I have had no issues to complain about, only good experiences. I enjoy living here.

So far, everything is great!

I have only lived here for a couple of months, but so far it has been great. Super friendly staff, nice, clean property, and responsive maintenance. The area seems very safe, and there are a lot of good walking places to get out and about.

Green space and clean clean clean!

Moving into this apartment was incredibly easy and convenient—I toured on Wednesday and was fully moved in by Saturday! From the very beginning, the staff has been responsive and genuinely caring, which made the transition feel seamless.

One of my favorite things about living here is the spacious green areas. My dog and I both adore them,it’s such a peaceful perk that’s hard to find. The community feels very safe, and I’ve even made a few great connections with my neighbors. I also really... appreciate how well maintained the property is. The team picks up trash around the buildings daily, and it shows.

Overall, it’s been such a positive experience. It feels like a place that truly prioritizes both comfort and community.
