I love living at Meadow Main. The staff are friendly and the pool and workout room are great.

New Management

Meadow + Main was great under the original management, with strong communication, community events, and a caring atmosphere. After management changed, my experience declined significantly. Communication and resident events became worse, and the community no longer felt resident-focused.
Although it advertises itself as pet-friendly, I found the pet policies and ESA accommodation process difficult and stressful. The accommodation process was handled through PetScreening, including contacting my… doctor for additional information, and I struggled to get direct communication.
Overall, based on my experience with the current management, I would not recommend Meadow + Main, particularly to residents with pets, ESAs, or disability-related accommodation needs.

We do want to clarify that Meadow Main utilizes a third-party pet policy provider, OurPetPolicy, to assist with the review… and documentation process for pet-related requests and accommodations. This process is designed to help ensure that requests are reviewed consistently and in accordance with applicable requirements. While a third party may be involved in gathering and reviewing documentation, we understand that the process can feel frustrating or impersonal, and we’re sorry that was your experience.
We also understand your comments regarding communication and the sense of community at Meadow Main. Creating a welcoming environment for our residents remains important to our team, and we are continually working to improve communication, resident experiences, and community engagement.

Under new management

So Trulo Homes was bought out by Meadow+Main and yhe changes havent been good. When under previous management, they would have monthly community activities which I really appreciated. I think they have been having problems finding trnants and are begging for at least 4 and 5 star reviews. I put in a ticket for pest control and dont ever hear back. It is like ever request aside from anything AC telated is dismissed. This place is a let down and I cant wait to move out.

Regarding your pest control request, we’re disappointed to hear that you have not received the follow-up you expected. We take maintenance and service requests seriously and we have had to prioritize ac work orders due to extreme heat, and we would appreciate the opportunity to look into the specific request and determine where the communication may have fallen short.
We also want to assure you that resident reviews are never a requirement or condition of receiving service. Our goal is to earn positive feedback by providing a quality living experience, not to pressure residents to leave reviews.

My wife transitioned to heaven a few months ago so I was wanting a new, secure, nice place to live. I am very satisfied with my place and the staff as well. Management has been phenomenal and so has the maintenance staff. With all I am dealing with, the experience of moving here has been better than I could have expected.
