I really enjoyed my stay at this place during the time I was there it’s not a place where you can expect to have Luxuria or all the best amenities, but it does have everything you need and the value is there for what they charge and the most notable thing about this place is the front office or property management Was always helpful. My aunt lived here A LONG TIME and they were horribie, roaches, termites, no water , pipes bursting and maitenance is slooooowww and just awful expeirience. DO NOT RENT HERE RUN AWAY!!!

I’ve never rented an apartment before so when I chose to rent here I was nervous due to all the bad reviews. I had a tour and this apartment complex seemed perfect for me. I’ve now been living here for a little over a year now and just transferred from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. Approval was super fast both times and I’ve had very few issues that were easily fixed. I recommend checking this apartment complex out especially for first time tenants. Down deposit isn’t very expensive,... especially if you use there jetty bond option. Comes with great utilities like WI-FI paid through your rent so you don’t have to worry about that.
