Eagle point is a great place to live in a good area. The people in the office genuinely care and do their best to take care of their residents. The maintenance team has been mostly prompt and helpful.

Great apartments

I have lived here for a little over 15 months, and have had such a wonderful experience. A big part of that was thanks to rafael! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such genuine warmth smile he’s the best maintenance guy

Great staff

I am currently in the process of moving to the area and came to tour multiple apartments in the area recently. Of all the other apartments I toured, had the nicest, most welcoming staff specially Rafael that was really helpful

Overall, my experience here has been positive. I appreciate having a spacious apartment as well as the convenient access to shopping nearby, esp. within walking distance. Management has been very timely in addressing issues; maintenance people are also timely in resolving problems.
