They don’t clean the apartments or repair all damages before leasing to you. They also don’t provide lights in the rooms or living rooms. It’s actually comical. I had to clean the apartment myself before I could move my things in on a very cold day. It was quite miserable. Office didn’t offer any compensation or anything. They offered to send a cleaning crew. (I already cleaned it I’m not going to live in filth) do better and maybe more people would want to live here and renew their lease. This... is a 15 month notice. I will definitely not be renewing here.

When concerns were brought to our... attention, we immediately offered to send a cleaning team to address the issues. We understand you had already taken care of the cleaning yourself, and we apologize for the frustration this caused, especially given the weather conditions at the time of your move-in.
Regarding lighting, our homes are equipped according to community standards and local code requirements, but we are always happy to clarify what is included prior to move-in to ensure expectations are aligned.
