Don't move here!!!

If I could give them -0 stars I would. If you plan on moving in there don't do it!! Well in the next 30 days you probably won't be able to because The City of Midwest City is going to shut it down and deem it uninhabitable if all 57 violations the City code inspectors gave them are not fixed. Everything from making repairs w/o a permit, structure damage, leaking ceilings some are falling in , mold, roaches, stairs unsafe. The code inspectors has been on this place to fix things since 2020... and still nothing has been corrected. So Midwest City is tired of it and calls it a "nuisance." They are nice to you until they get you moved in and you start complaining about repairs they say they will do but don't. Office staff is very rude.

Pros and cons
Pros : Large sq footage, rooms
Large laundry room 3 bed 3 bath option
Quiet area
Cons : maintenance does not do anything hardly heat is out it’s freezing having to buy space heaters for each room using oven. No pizza place delivers to us

POOR SERVICE
This apartment complex is amazingly pathetic. I have lived here for two years, complained about the termites and dry-rotted wood four times in two weeks. They have yet to do anything about it. My bedroom roof leaks everytime it rains, along with the windows. The water pressure is horrible. The water is shut off about 30 times every three months. My roof has leaked since I first moved in and nobody has even bothered to fix the issue and thanks to that my roof in that area could fall in at any... second.
