Great rental on the golfcourse

I have lived here for 2 years, and I feel like a welcomed member of the community here. My apartment is spacious and clean. Any maintenance issue I have ever had, is fixed within 24 hours, if not sooner. I enjoy the green space around the property immensely.

Highly recommend renting here!

I lived at The Links for 3.5 years and would still be living there now if not for my dog needing a backyard to run around in. The Office and Maintenance Staff are great! Anytime I had and issue, it was fixed within hours. I highly recommend you check these apartments out and all they has to offer for the price??

Drastic rent hikes

Rent is increasing drastically well beyond the highest point of inflation for 2022. Rent has increased almost 20% month to month over the last 2 years. Avoid these clowns if you can. They will raise your rent dramatically year to year

Great great apts.

Rental staff is very nice and friendly. Maintenance is top notch, problems reported on the apt website and answered the next day. Very clean outside with no problems. Lived here for 3 years now and no problems.

Horrible Management

Management will ignore your issues with neighbors and tell you that they are working on it. I dealt with a neighbor stomping on floors for over a year and a half and it was never rectified. They just tell you "we'll talk to them and give a warning."
Don't rent here if you value sleep.
