Coming home from a long, stressful day at work you want to come home to a peaceful space that is your own to relax and unwind. You will not find that at The Trails at Rockwell. DO NOT MOVE HERE. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes around the metro area and have never had a noise issue like I do here at The Trails. There is zero noise insulation between your upstairs neighbors and yourself. You will hear your neighbors children stomping, running and bouncing toys 24/7.… Want to read a book in peace? Can’t without your neighbor running up and down the hall. Want to watch a movie before bed? Can’t, without hearing the stomps of playtime.

Now you may be wondering, management must be on top of the noise right? Wrong, they will call the neighbor and ask to keep it down but this does not solve the problem longterm.

I have had multiple packages stolen from my doorstep. Management’s solution was “Get a ring doorcam, we can’t do anything else.” The post office will also not deliver any packages. So you will have to go there to pick them up.

Awful place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Rats, Roach infested and Rude Management that doesn't care. Try to call Lindsay Management headquarters in Arkansas. The first thing they offer is the complaint department.

Upon moving in to the trails, the third story flooded the second floor and my floor. I could not stay in the apartment for over a week due to them trying to replace carpet and trying to dry out the walls. After that we had a roach problem. This was consistent throughout the duration of the lease. They would come and spray and then I would find more. The maintenance guy told my fiancé and myself that there is a roach problem in most of the buildings and that the pest control skips over a lot of… steps when treating apartments to insure that pests are kept at bay so since they do that it isn’t treated properly and that’s why there is an issue. There was also an electrical issue which did get fixed but again we were out of the apartment and paying for hotels again to which we did not get reimbursed. Since our electric had been out for days, we lost every bit of food in the refrigerator and freezer to include breast milk for my infant that couldn’t be replaced. Again, we were not reimbursed for anything lost. I had asked the ladies in the office what it would take to terminate early with all of everything we have had to deal with living here. They instructed that I only pay the next months rent and that was it to which I do have witnesses to the conversation. I paid October's rent even though I was not residing there because that is what was asked of me. They had also told my fiancé when he had called to check if we owed anything, that we were paid up to date and that they didn’t need anything other than the keys. As far as we knew everything was taken care of. Here we are in almost December and I get a call from a collection agency that I owe $2,000 in early termination charge that they NEVER told me about. I was unaware completely and had they said I would not owe that, I would have figure something else out. I had to replace things I lost due to their poor electrical systems, doctors costs due to us getting sick from the mildew and probably mold. I have been out expenses I shouldn’t have and they want me to pay more!?!?! For what???? The mold and roach holiday inn????? The place is never clean and trash is always everywhere. I don't understand why they think they can raise rent every month. Way too strict yet there is trash laying everywhere and the turn around time on maintenance is minimum a week.
