Let me start out by saying these apartments are really nice for the price and the area. The front office staff has always been super friendly and helpful anytime I have had a concern. But I hate how the 1 bed units are placed in between the 2 bedrooms. I can hear everything that goes on outside and especially on the stair ways. I constantly hear my neighbors entire conversations outside. It’s not very private. If it weren’t for curtains they could see right into my unit through the cracks in the… blinds when they are standing outside their units. ALSO, these apartments use OEC and their rates are EXPENSIVE. I am never home during the day and use very little electricity when I am home and my bill is anywhere from $150-200 a month! OEC also has peak hours so from 3pm-7pm you better not use any electricity or your bill will SKYROCKET. That is the major downfall to this complex. Do not rent for Lindsey Management. Look them up. They will ripe you off. I am disabled and not able to alive alone anymore and could not walk up the stairs anymore. I gave my notice and son was packing me up when 2 people knocked on my door asking to see the apartment they rented. I was being moved out and would be out on the 28th of June and they were moving in on July, 5th. They want to charge me 1600.00 for breaking lease which I could see if they could not rent apartment but had people… moving in 7 days after I left. They also charge you for carpet cleaning which I was there for almost 2 years, they have to do that anyways. pricing is very competitive and very reasonable. I just wish maintenance was a little more aggressive with getting things done. other than that pretty cool place.

This apartment I have chosen to live in are really friendly. They are super helpful if you have any questions or concerns and are quick to respond to emails and voicemails left for them. They keep the lawn and landscaping very well. There is absolutely no issues with bugs or disturbances.
