Creekwood Apartments

Maintenance requests Due to health issues I had maintenance issues pile up. Once my health improved I went to the leasing office and discussed all of my maintenance request with the staff. They were friendly yet professional and knowledgeable on who to assign the various tickets to.
By that afternoon I had maintenance staff attending to some of my requests. I had requests for gen maint., electrical, painting, pest control and landscaping. Within the next couple days they had all checked in... with me to go over my tickets and let me know how best they could accomplish their task.
Within a week and a half all tickets were resolved. I was treated with respect and made to feel that I was a valued resident.

These are great apartments I would highly reccommend! They’re located in a great area of tulsa and are a great price. I never had an issue with the front office and my neighbors were great. I never had a problem with bugs except the occasional spider which was normal. 10/10 would recommend for a first apartment. Parking was a little hard to find after 9 pm but it’s like that most everywhere you live.

We've been told to pay the pet deposit for a dog three times and told our lease will be revoked if we don't pay, BUT WE DON'T HAVE A DOG! I have called and talked to staff about this twice and they say it will be taken care of, but then we get another notice! How can they go by the testimony of our neighbors to demand money without any proof? Send someone to come see, we don't have a dog!!! We like the apartment well enough, but this is not good management!

Nice area, service is ok. Maintenance performs many temporary fixes, paint on wall has some hair under the paint. Not well at call backs. But not too much to complain about.

My family and I are happy we found Creekwood Apartments. The apartments themselves are awesome inside and out, Maintenance here are good at their job, and the swimming pools and 24 hr gym is a plus!I've had no problems whatsoever, I would recommend these apartments to everyone!
