Our home is near Centennial College and the University of Toronto Scarborough, located at Kingston and Lawrence. There are plenty of shops and food options... nearby. Multiple bus routes are within a 2-minute walk. We have supermarkets, five major banks, shopping malls, and a Cineplex movie theatre nearby. Our neighborhood is peaceful and respectful. Come make memories in this unique, family-friendly environment.

We are more interested in hosting male guests as most of the members in our family are males. As our priority to support the newcomers in this country so we are looking for international homestay students and international professor with a well mature manner and attitude with sincere respect.

- No Smoking, vapes as I am allergic all those kinds.
- Keep house as seen (CLEAN).
- Respect other students, guests and host family as we are sharing our own spaces as family.
- Share outdoor backyard.
- Share kitchen, no major cooking but we provide simple basic needs such as fridge, microwave, Air Fryer, toaster, kettle, all kitchen wares such as plates, bowl, cups, glasses and cutleries are provided.
There are lot of varieties of hot foods, fresh foods that are ready to eat, also different kind of supermarkets around in the area.

If you plan to cook every single meal, this accommodation may not be ideal for your stay as we aim to maintain a peaceful and fresh environment in our home.
