We offer a clean, quiet, and family-friendly home. Our home is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, with daily cleaning—especially in all shared areas. Cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority for us.

As most members of our household are male, we prefer to host male guests. Our priority is to support international homestay students and international professors who demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and sincere respect for shared living.
