Pets of middle and small size are allowed in the apartment, and you should carry your pet in common areas. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. The pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.

The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit of 500 CAD. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot).
