Great area. Very quiet and close to shopping. Pool and hot tub are nice. Pet friendly and nicely cared about. Kinda expensive but other than that good.

Perfect location for backyard birding. Wetland next door is great for walking. Did I mention the pool and jacuzzi? Perfectly maintained by maintenance crew!

The apartments and community are fine but the rent is ridiculously high for the area, quality of apartments, amenities, and services. I would give 5 stars if the rent was more reasonable

All of our apartment homes listed on our website are currently... renovated homes and the pricing does reflect that of a renovated style home. I love living here. It is affordable relative to the area and have never had any issues with the front office or any maintenance members. Everyone is polite and I look forward to living here for many more years.

I've enjoyed living at Spring and Creekside apartments, the apartment is very nice. I wish the gardeners did not come on the weekends, since it can be quite loud when you're trying to have a relaxing weekend. Amenities are nice, staff are diligent, and care about the community by hosting events to give back. I like the location a lot, but rent is on the higher side. Parking can be a pain for free spots and we've had to get a spot for $35 a month. They are good at providing notices for when work... is getting done on the complex, they've inspected my apartment twice with less than 6 months between inspection, which is odd to me. Haven't had any issues with neighbors, be aware of package theft, but that occurs everywhere.
