Good location near bus stop, reasonable rent, solid maintenance. Live in a non-remodeled unit, but worth it for the discount on rent. Mold does grow easily is the only downside.

Clean & very good up keep. The grass is cut when needed and they power wash the stalls. The staff is very friendly & professional. Nice place to live, been there for 3 years now.

i love it, my kids love it and the dogs love it. top tier place to live! its close to local restaurants and shops, the busses are easily accessible and the the parks my kids love are right next door.
