McKenzie Apartments are a well cared for community. The location is great, noise level is low. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is very nice to work with.

It is a great summer in the community. The flowers are blooming and the grounds are clean. The pool is great and the residence are having fun. The excercise room is kept clean and works great for me. We are pleased to have a great environment and friendly neighbors.

Apartment was clean, had a maintenance issue and they came quickly and were professional in their service, everyone leaves you alone, overall a great little place to live.

The recent water leakage from apartment next door has been very stressful. Couldn't use my handicap shower. Ants increased in both bathrooms! Leak repairs were not done very well. There are many spots that are not glued very well -- great place for ants to crawl into walls, hide and use for places to hide and coming running out in groups.
