Happy at Kruseway Commons! I absolutely enjoy my new home at Kruseway Commons! It feels like a community and I love my balcony patio and all the sunlight that comes through with my larger windows! Love the gym as well! No more gym membership. The trails right outside my door are wonderful as well!

Great !! I am beginning my fifth year at KC. Although it has had several different managing partners this current one is excellent. They listen, they fix, they greet and meet and improve living here with every department. The units could be upgraded, especially in the appliance department. But they are prompt fixing any problems that appear. I have been very happy here. There are issues as there are in every communal living situation. The current managing corporation knows their business... addressing safety and compliance for all residents. It is not a new shiny place but it’s my home.

Very easy process So simple to get some maintenance. Just open the app and make a request and wait. Problem was fixed 2 days later as I set urgency to standard, not urgent.
