Water heater leak Professional work was completed, although communication between maintenance company, leasing office and I was inadequate until I spoke up. Would not want to go through this process again

Maintenance I would personally like to thank the current person doing maintenance. I have lived here for 10 or more years , he is the most honest , efficient , kind hearted and fast working individual, comes fast knows really well what needs to be done and always does a fantastic job , please send our regards and appreciation to him, he definitely deserves a 5 star review .

Staff so helpful and friendly The move in process was so easy and we appreciated all of the emails and check in’s to make sure we had everything ready. The staff are so friendly and nice and always willing to assist. Some apartment issues we found we told the office and the staff immediately helped us put in work orders which was so nice.
