Rent Price All around very happy with Deveraux Glen however it makes no sense to increase rent for renters who have been diligent and stayed with the complex for multiple years especially in this economy and then posting the same layout of apartments for way less to new renters.

Hello Sophia, thank you for your review. Pricing can fluctuate based on the time of the year, or the current occupancy of your floorplan style. Recently pricing did take a dip downward, but has been increasing daily. After reviewing your current rate... compared to our unrented homes, we do see your current rate is slightly higher than the homes available. But this seasonality trend is moving in the upward direction. We value you as a resident and your rental rate is inline with market rents and we hope to have all new leases inline with your current rate by year end.
