DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I lived here for 6 years and watched this place go downhill... The hot tub never works, there are bugs in the pool constantly .. The "fitness room" is a treadmill that is 30 years old...I went thru 5 managers in 6 years and they are all garbage... Broken down cars in the visitor spots... Trash and dog poop every where... The brand new laundry machines are broken... the caliber of people they have living there has gone severely down!!! People park in your spot and managers do… nothing...I came out of my apartment once morning to go to work and there was broken glass from my door to the road from an upstairs neighbor who didn't care about cleaning...I place multiple requests for things that needed fixing and not a single one was ever done in 6 years ... My bedroom window leaked everytime it rained... The heat is from a single wall unit that turns red hot and will burn your skin if you go near it ... There was a plumbing leak from the 3rd floor apartment that they failed to disclose to the manager, I reported a giant puddle in my hallway and the sheet rock was never replaced so there was a mold issue ... My favorite is when I learned that the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with washers and dryers are only charged 10 more dollars a month for water than a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom no laundry... I have more I could say but hopefully you feel more informed!!! I'm thankful that I finally took the plunge and moved and they want me to pay 400 dollars for cat hair left on the carpet!!!
