My experience while living at cornerstone was great. I loved living here for over 18+ months. Despite a small rent increase, I was very happy with the management and how they were responsive when needed. Overall, I do recommend living here; however, understand that the area can have a problem with homelessness on the streets surrounding the apt. If you can handle that, you will love living here. Location is great when it comes to the Moda Center/Convention Center/Food/etc.

The Cornerstone
My husband and I have lived here for over a year and love it. The apartment just has enough of what we need, a gym, an underground parking lot, garbage service, but most of all, it accommodates our furbaby!
It is centrally located in the Lloyd Center area so we are close to a number of restaurants and fast food chains for those lazy nights when we don't want to cook. It's a short walk to the grocery store, the mall, FedEx, Walgreens, the Apple Store, Radioshack, Starbucks, the Rail Track, as... well as some nearby parks--so you are not that far from nature. We are also not too far from our respective workplaces, which is great. It is also noteworthy that in spite of all of these in the nearby surrounding area, we haven't really had much of a problem with noise.
Lastly, I do want to share that the apartment is worth its value. Considering the costs in Portland, it is actually a really good value for the space you get as well as its proximity to a great number of places.

Living on the NE side of town
Great place near the river and on the less expensive side of it. It's also near a lot of great eateries, a mall, and just about everything you need an want in a nice neighborhood.
