Beautiful place to live. This year is going to be our 18 year lease and have never been happier with the customer service and the quality of the service they provide, taker is an excellent manager and the maintenance team are always working hard and on time in addition the have remodeled all the outside buildings and the pool also they make a area for dog which is a plus for the community , it is a pleasure to live here.

Good place, great people Many changes, seem all for the good. Both Holly Acres and Concord Crossing have had excellent managers and staff, but I think we have the best so far now.

Abrasive manager

First off, the positive review I see below does not strike me a real review and unfortunately I suspect that it was written by the Company that owns this apartment complex.

The apartments themselves are actually pretty nice and are rented out at a fair price, which is the only reason I have stayed for 5 years.

The review below mentions feeling safe and tranquil. They must have forgotten the few times we were unable to enter the complex because the police had to shut it down due to active... shooters and safety issues. The below review also gives the manager a rave review despite him being one of the coldest and detached manager I've ever experienced. He has little to no ability to show compassion or sympathy for any issues and he is in general very arrogant and belittling. I have no idea how someone could think that he shows respect or good customer service.

Really, this place would deserve four stars if the manager were replaced but until then I find it hard to give anything more than 1 star.
