JOKE!

This horrible non smoking property has some utilities included and you have a patio those are about the only good things. Rent is on the lower end but, for very run down. Maintenance is very nice and wishes they could do more. Landlord is a joke and a half, does not like dogs. Landlord is very rude, unhelpful and down right unprofessional. This patio, dont think about using it and if you have a dog, that has an apartment friendly potty pad for outside use, FORGET IT. Your furry companion cant be… on your lovely run down back patio they cause "property damage." You must take you dog down to a muddy swamp that has grass, make sure you have your work boots on because if your dog like to run to do their business you will be slipping and sliding. Dont forget to pick up the left overs with the bags sometimes provided. This horrible property will be nothing but a nightmare, if you didnt smoke before you moved in I promise you will be a smoker before you move out. There is no clubhouse, technical storage space (its a garage), sauna, or air conditioning (allowed but renter must buy and install their own).

Crestview Heights- cheap yet charming

Crestview Heights- the place to live in Milwaukie if you're looking for an affordable, adorable, and ultimately average apartment. For the price, you'll get clean living quarters and plenty of neighbors, though privacy is highly valued in this environment and people do a pretty great job of minding their own beeswax. You are right next to the train tracks, but if you're not opposed to putting up with a little night time serenade, you'll do nicely here. The manager and maintenance team do an… excellent job of keeping up the landscape giving this place a certain charm. Seriously. Check it out.
