Kitchen sink/disposal Maintenance was great!
The kitchen sink is still slowly draining but I will keep an eye on it.

Nestled in nature,within the city Miramonte Lodge apts are multiple units with beautiful scenery of trees and creek throughout the property here. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Maintenance request are userally completed within hours of the request. Upon my 2nd lease ending, I decided to moved to a bigger unit here. The different building within the 7 block radius,feels unique and different to satisfy my quest to move ti a one bedroom vs my studio apt. The feeling of being in nature, while... standing out on my balcony,is priceless! feels like living in a tree house! Hard to find that balance of nature within city ?????

Awesome service! Wow! I complained about an apartment issue quite a lot but until I availed myself for maintenance to review the (blank) item, they couldn’t take action. They replaced something in my apartment I don’t want to say what it was because I think they will be inundated by tenants to get the same. Amazing results from replacing just 1 thing! I’m ecstatic ??! So happy this is done & out of the way. The contractor was fast & did amazing job! The office hustled to get this done as well.... ????. I am very pleased with the outcome.????.
