One of the more affordable apartments in downtown Portland. Prime location of you’re looking to be close to restaurants, clubs, and other establishments. Amara could use better amenities, offerings for tenants, and better cleaning.

Solid. Would recommend! Central location near public transit.. Coffee shops! Pho, book stores, shopping, etc.

I mean the area is pretty - Friendly staff.

Apartment is pretty decent itself, just a little too small for me. I don’t like that my window doesn’t open all the way for fresh air. Also during the cold months, cool air seals through the AC unit and I can’t block it.
