Has potential Everything is set up for a fantastic living situation. However it has yet to work out its kinks. We have visitor parking in the back lot, but are unable to buzz people in through the backdoor.

It does not matter how much you tell people to park in the front, on street side. Especially when it's dark and rainy and there is no parking, they all go to the back. And I so do not blame them. It's much much less chaoric than out front.

Great place to live High ceilings, big windows, nice appliances and simply great maintenance. The units, the common areas and the beautiful grounds are so well cared for. The maintenance team responds quickly and effectively to any issues. Dog- and cat-friendly and as much community or privacy as you want.

Average The units are nice enough and priced slightly above market value for what they actually offer. The maintenance team is awesome but the property management team is dysfunctional and has seemed to be on a downward trajectory of competence.
