I don't feel safe here anymore.

I recently had someone attempt to hotwire my car, they failed, and left evidence they left in a hurry, I went to the office to ask if they could put anything out asking if someone had seen anything. They refused, saying if they had to do it for this theft, they'd have to do it for every little thing. When I pointed out this was a felony, they said then they didn't want to scare their residents. I don't know how else to contact anyone here... I'm scared someone might break in next.

A Place To Call Home

I’ve lived in the Clermont Apartments since 2013 and have seen many positive changes. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and work quickly to accommodate requests. The property is clean and well maintained and has proven to be a safe place to call home. I definitely recommend!

Love it here

I’ve lived here for a bit over two years now and I’m glad I chose this place. Everyone is kind and quick to respond if any issues arise. On top of that the area is quiet and nice and clean :)
