A Place To Call Home

I’ve lived in the Clermont Apartments since 2013 and have seen many positive changes. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and work quickly to accommodate requests. The property is clean and well maintained and has proven to be a safe place to call home. I definitely recommend!

Love it here

I’ve lived here for a bit over two years now and I’m glad I chose this place. Everyone is kind and quick to respond if any issues arise. On top of that the area is quiet and nice and clean :)

I have lived here for over 5 years and love the park like setting. Quiet and peaceful. The grounds are maintained and so nice. Very friendly management and maintenance personnel.

Verified Renter

If you own more than one car beware the parking. Parking situation is absolutely terrible. They dont provide more spaces for the cars people own and tow your car if you park anywhere youre not supposed to. Road in the back toward the cul-de-sac is very bad. Pool and gym were closed during summer due to covid, which is understandable, but we were still being charged for both. Sprinklers are on during rain often times. Such a waste of water and money. Some sprinklers wet areas that dont even have... grass.
