Goat Blocks

I'm deeply disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. Multiple security incidents, including package theft, threats from another tenant, and car vandalism, have been inadequately addressed. The property management has consistently failed to follow up on these serious issues or provide necessary security measures. Security cameras were installed all over the property in 2022, but the staff is so negligent that they are unwilling to take the time to review captured video,... rendering them useless.

Goat blocks apartments are beautiful, the location is perfect, but the staff are unhelpful and the security in the building is horrendous. There are constant break ins and thefts and nothing is done about it.

The Goat Blocks is a fantastic property, centrally located in Southeast Portland and within walking distance of many business, has a good community feel and vibe, and the property and surrounding area feels clean and safe. The units also have modern fixtures and appliances, the property has great amenities, and the price is very affordable!
