Well maintained and nice

On site property management helps to keep problems controlled. Property is well maintained and clean. Apartments look nice and are comfortable with nice size closets and nice appliances. Maintenance requests are prompt. I thought living on the bottom unit would be really noisy, but not too bad. Occasionally hear the kids run around upstairs, but that is apartment life and expected. Does lack storage, and parking at times can be difficult. Love that it is pet friendly.

It’s okay

Shared walls are EXTREMELY thin, you can hear conversations and if you’re unlucky like me your bedroom shares a wall with people that don’t sleep so you hear laughter and chatting all night.
Thankfully you can’t hear the neighbors below you talking but you can hear their kids stomping around all day with no end, even from the third floor you can hear the first floors running around.
People that live here are trashy and you’ll find trash thrown about the complex on top of kids trashing the park… and leaving their bikes, shoes, and clothes even when they go back inside.
